Installation Day
Our crews average 8+ years experience each. Tear-off, decking inspection, ice and water shield, underlayment, drip edge, starter strip, field shingles, hip and ridge caps, and ridge vent, installed in the correct sequence per manufacturer requirements.
Warranty Activation
Our project manager inspects the finished roof against the manufacturer checklist. You get a written workmanship warranty from Hiller Roofing & Maintenance plus the manufacturer warranty registered directly with GAF, Owens Corning, or CertainTeed.
